Every unit should be checked and repaired by a HVAC technician.  There are some minor things you need to check before you call a HVAC technician to come and check your system. Some of those things are, checking to see if your filter is dirty, pressing the reset button, is your furnace on. Always call the product manufacturer for warranty replacement.
